Jon Goodell serves as Director of the Medical Library at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa and is the current President of the Hospital Library Interest Section of the South Central Chapter of the Medical Library Association. Over the last 15 years, Jon has held positions in library systems, education and reference, and community outreach. He is a Distinguished Member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals. Jon has participated in training programs provided by the National Institutes of Health, the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, the Association of American Medical Colleges Group on Information Resources, and the South Central Academic Medical Libraries Consortium. Jon has a BA in History, an MA in Information Science and Learning Technologies, and a post-baccalaureate Certificate in Public Health.
