“Telling their story - 100 years since the Tulsa Race Massacre”

Carlos Moreno is the senior graphic designer at CAP Tulsa, the largest anti-poverty nonprofit in Oklahoma, combining high-quality early childhood education with innovative family services and resources. Mr. Moreno is also the author of Victory of Greenwood, a compilation of biographies of historically significant figures in Greenwood's history, from its founding to the Civil Rights era. He has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on civic technology, from OU-Tulsa, and helps lead Tulsa's Code for America volunteer brigade, working to make local government work for the people, by the people, in the 21st century.
