We are excited to announce that Dr. Valarie Blue Bird Jernigan will be this year's keynote speaker! Dr. Jernigan is a Professor of Rural Health and the Executive Director of the Center for Indigenous Health Research and Policy  at the OSU Center for Health Sciences. Her work is highly collaborative and ranges from federal to local partnerships as well as large to small scales of data.
