Bio

Tara Carlisle joined the University of Oklahoma Libraries in 2014 as a Digital Scholarship Specialist. She works with campus entities to identify innovative and evolving digital tools and resources that advanced scholarly investigation, while buliding on the traditional cornerstones of research methodologies. She coordinates workshops, events, and lectures related to digital scholarship and her specialization is project planning and management. Previously, Tara as Digital Projects Coordinator at the University of North Texas for the statewide digital respository, the Portal to Texas History. She holds an M.A. in Art History and an M.S. in Information Studies from the University of North Texas and a B.A. from Texas A&M University.
