Phillip Fitzsimmons is the Reference and Digitization Librarian at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma.  He earned his M.L.I.S. from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.  He is the administrator of the SWOSU Digital Commons.  His research interests include digital services for academic libraries with an emphasis on institutional repository administration and library reference services.
