First Place Dell Intel Student Award for Outstanding Use of Data Science and Computing

Hello! I am Khaled Mohammed Saifuddin, Ph.D. candidate, Department of Computer Science, OSU. I am one of the Research Assistants and Lab Members of Dr. Esra Akbas’s Data Engineering Lab. My research areas are Graph data science, Graph Mining, and Graph Machine Learning. Particularly, I am working on Healthcare related Big Dataset to discover valuable insights and patterns. In addition, my research area also covers Natural Language Processing and Social Media Network Analysis. Currently, I am working on the Pharmacovigilance study of opioid drugs, prediction of drug-drug interactions, genome sequence analysis, and opportunities of using automation techniques in these fields.
