---|---|---|
As digital humanities and new data visualization techniques become more popular with researchers, many scholars turn to well-known, packaged databases like Project Gutenberg of JSTOR for data sets. What they may not realize is there is a wide range of other resources available that often fly below the radar and are sometimes underappreciated. The speakers in this session will provide information about a few of those data sets and discuss how they can be used for humanities and social sciences research.
