How can digital humanities and digital curation generate sustainable solutions?

Session Information

Digital humanities represents a conceptual and practical framework for understanding digital curation. It is highly based on interdisciplinary work, where the integration of digital technologies and archives can provide a lot to the success of digital humanities projects for research and teaching. The interconnectedness that exists between systems needs to account for the rapid technological changes and the new models of research and discovery that could emerge from the use and reuse of data for new types of analyses. Contextualization will play a critical role in the curation of those data to maximize research and readership in the humanities.
