We are pleased to recognize the recipient of the Student Presentation Award, Allison Howard, an undergraduate student in interior design at Oklahoma State University. Her presentation title was “Using Virtual Reality (VR) to Understand the Effects of Biophilic Design on Patients in 3D Healthcare Environments.” Allison will receive a one-year membership to the Evergreen Data Visualization Academy in recognition of her achievement. Thao Nguyen Bach, a graduate student at the University of Texas-Dallas, is the alternate for the Student Presentation Award. Her presentation title was “Correlative image analysis of the intermorphogenetic domain signaling networks regulating C. elegans embryogenesis.”
