Student Spotlight Presentations | Predicting potential antivirals and druggable pockets in coronavirus Spike protein using molecular docking and sequence conservation analysis
Dr. Rakhi Rajan is an Associate Professor in the University of Oklahoma Chemistry and Biochemistry department. Her biochemical and structural biology research encompasses characterization of protein-nucleic acid interactions of the CRISPR-Cas systems to understand functional mechanisms and to develop high-fidelity CRISPR-Cas tools. Recently her lab has started analyzing protein-protein interactions that are important for coronaviral infections.
